Mark Krusinski is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Emerald Resource and Emerald Consulting Group. Mark graduated from the Cleveland State University with a Bachelors in Finance and a minor in Computer Science and entered the search profession immediately. He has spent over two decades in search.

Throughout his tenure at Emerald Resource Group, he helped his firm secure national awards for philanthropy and workplace flexibility, as well as being recognized as the leading Information Technology search executive.

He is considered an industry expert in executive, professional and technology search has appeared on PBS, NBC, and the like and is quoted regularly in publications including Computer World, The Wall Street Journal, The Plain Dealer, and CIO Magazine.  With more than two-thirds of Mark's business based on repeat client engagements, his track record of excellence speaks for itself.

Sean Zetts is a Lead IT Recruiter & Client Manager at Emerald Resource Group.  He has been recruiting and placing technical professionals in Northeast Ohio since 2005.  Sean's expertise, technique, and strict process have earned a reputation as the go-to recruiter when companies are serious about finding the right people in a targeted time-frame.  His unique approach leads to long term placements and high retention.  Eligibility is limited, call for qualification.

Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with minors in Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources.  He and his wife live in Brecksville, the same city where they both grew-up.  They have two children and a Labrador retriever.  The Zetts family can often be found biking and hiking in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Bryan J. Luvison is the Lead ERP Recruiter and Client Manager of Emerald Resource Group. Luvison is a leader in identifying and capturing top IT talent throughout Northeast and Central Ohio.  The ERP practice of Emerald Resource Group focuses on matching high impact candidates in the SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, and PeopleSoft space with top local clients.

Luvison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations with a strong focus on Economic Development and Spanish from Miami University (Oxford, OH).

Patrick O'Donnell is the Operations Manager at Emerald, providing support for candidates who have been placed on project. Patrick oversees the payroll as well as the health care needs for our consultants. He also manages Emerald's internal processes and supports our staff of IT Technical Recruiters.

Prior to joining Emerald, Patrick spent five years as Operations Manager for the commercial general contracting firm Biltmore Construction. With his internal management in place, the company saw success in developing large-scale, $1 million-plus, building projects in the Northeast Ohio area.
